G'day, I'm Ollie. I've been around golf since I was six — my family home backed straight onto a 9-hole course, so I never really stood a chance of doing anything else.
I grew up in junior group lessons at a club with a cracking junior section: holiday comps, interclub match play, the lot. That's where I fell in love with the game, and it still shapes how I coach today.
I turned pro in the UK at 22 and have been coaching ever since. In January 2025 I came to Mornington Golf Club to a blank canvas — no real junior offering — and made the call to go all-in on building something proper: a Junior Golf Academy and a Women's Golf Academy, both built around fun, real skills, and a clear pathway to keep improving.

I coach through games and movement rather than endless technical drills. Kids don't feel like they're in a lesson, beginners don't feel out of their depth, and everyone leaves having enjoyed themselves and picked up something new.
I'm a Certified Australian PGA Member — Advanced in Coaching & Game Development — but the thing I'm proudest of is the community that's grown around the academies. I've had kids with me for over a year now, moving up through the levels, and getting to know them and their families is easily the best part of the job.
